For dinner, we had the Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut special with fresh huckleberries and a tomatillo sauce ($32) and Harissa Rubbed Lamp Chops with Sardinian couscous, eggplant caviar, baby carrots, pearl onions and Tzatziki ($33).įor dessert we had a scoop of the Ghost Pepper Gelato and Chocolate and Buttermilk Pecan “Pie” ($8). We were there in early fall and started with the Mushroom Risotto appetizer special ($8). The restaurant is a short walk from the brewery and the menu changes with the season, so there will be plenty of savory dishes to choose from. When looking for a lovely Gig Harbor restaurant to enjoy a classy dinner at, look to Brix 25° for Northwest-inspired American cuisine. They don’t serve food, so save your appetite for dinner! One of the nice things about this taproom is that it has views inside the brewery room, it isn’t filled with TVs (except on game days), and has outdoor seating.
